When will I receive my order?
The print shop I work with does their best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive in another 4-5 business days. (Canvas prints may take a few days more.) Orders sent outside the United States typically arrive in 6-10 business days via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I will provide a no charge replacement or a refund for items damaged in transit. Use my contact form and provide details of your order and your contact information and we'll start the process. Exchanges or refunds are not done based on customer preference.
How can I keep up with your new work?
You can find out about new additions to the store and special promotions by signing up for my newsletter. I usually send one per month, with additional ones around holidays or special events. My aim is to keep you in the loop, but not overwhelm your inbox!
I saw a photo you posted on social media, but I don't see it in your store. Are those photos available as prints?
Yes! I typically post a lot of photos on Instagram and Facebook that might not end up being offered on the site, but that doesn't mean we can't work something out! Use my contact form to reach me and let me know where you saw the picture and on what date it was posted. I will get back to confirm the details and let you when it is then available for purchase.
