This photograph has been around for a few years and I've always loved it, but editing it for The Digital Brush really made it come alive for me. I was wasting time on the beach at Santa Monica, waiting to meet a friend for lunch and took the opportunity to take some photos. I hadn't noticed the people in the picture (since I focus on landscapes, mostly). But when I looked at it, my imagination started going. Who were these people? What were they talking about? Not like I wanted to snoop on them or anything! But I just started....imagining.
Maybe they were sharing good news.
Maybe one was comforting the other.
Maybe they were just talking over what to get at the grocery store.
